CCAF GEM

Complete your general education requirements with UMGC Europe while you are earn a CCAF associate degree..

If you are an Air Force, Space Force, or Guardians servicemember pursuing your associate degree through the Community College of the Air Force, sign up for your general education requirements at University of Maryland Global Campus with the General Education Mobile, also known as GEM, program. Through this program, you can earn 15 of the 64 credits you need for a CCAF associate degree. At UMGC, you can take the general education courses you need and use them to earn your CCAF associate degree.

Plus, if you choose to pursue further education, you can transfer your CCAF associate degree credits toward a bachelor's degree at UMGC.
