The undergraduate certificate program in leadership and ethics at University of Maryland Global Campus is designed for business managers, organizational leaders, entrepreneurs, legal professionals, and individuals seeking to become effective leaders in public and private global organizations, both for-profit and not-for-profit. The program examines the qualities that make for thoughtful and responsible leadership and allows you to explore issues of morality related to business administration, leadership, and organizations. In this program, you’ll learn ethical leadership, leadership theory and practice, executive decision-making, corporate social responsibility, conflicts of interest, and organizational culture.
