Environmental Awareness Club
The Environmental Awareness Club offers opportunities to interact with a variety of environmental professionals. Activities have included webinars with professionals and alumni in the field, field trips, assisting in local cleanups, newsletters, and a P3 grant competition. It is available to graduate or undergraduate students, alumni, faculty, and staff members. Students and alumni can join the Environmental Awareness Club group on CareerQuest.

A Master of Science in environmental management is a graduate degree that provides students with the knowledge and skills they need to lead in the environmental management sector. At UMGC, this online degree covers topics such as environmental planning, policy and law, environmental economics, land use management, water resources management, and more.
UMGC's online master's degree in environmental management is a 36-credit program with courses offered year-round. If you successfully complete six credits each fall, spring, and summer, you can expect to graduate in as little as two years.
