The UMGC office is located in the Storck Barracks Education Center, Building 6503, Room 207. The GPS address is Flugplatz, 91471 Illesheim.
To find our location, please take the German Federal Highway B470 toward the town of Illesheim. Then follow the signs toward Storck Barracks. Once you pass through the inspection area at the main gate, please follow the road straight onto the main post. On this road you will pass through another gate. The barracks is located on the right side. Continue going straight and you will pass a gas station. After the gas station, count four buildings down and then turn right. Then make an immediate left turn onto the next street. The education center is located in Building 6503, on your left side. The UMGC office is located on the 2nd floor. Parking is available behind the education center; additional parking is available across the street behind the bank and food truck.

UMGC offers National Test Centers (NTC) featuring exams and certifications in a wide variety of subject areas, on-site support, easy scheduling, and the benefit of instant score results. Available exams include College Level Examination Program (CLEP), DANTES Subject Standardized Tests (DSST), Pearson VUE, and Excelsior College exams. If you are interested in earning credit or certifications through testing services, contact us.

How to Register
CLEP registration is a two-part process:
- Create an account, register for an exam, and receive a voucher registration ticket with CLEP College Board. Candidates must bring the corresponding CLEP registration ticket on the day of testing.
Note: Active duty/reserve military members only will check a box that states they are eligible for DANTES-funded exams during the registration process.
By selecting this and providing the necessary information, the exam total will be $0.00 when you confirm the order at the end of the registration process. If eligible DANTES-funded exam candidates do not select this box during the registration process, it will associate a fee with the exam. - Schedule an appointment by calling or emailing your local NTC or through the NTC reservation system.
- For Camp Arifjan testers: schedule an appointment through the reservation system (Bookings).
