UMGC Europe Presents "Hispanic Heritage Month Digital Scavenger Hunt"

National Hispanic Heritage Month is an annual celebration of the history, culture, and significant contributions of the Hispanic/Latino community in the United States. From September 15th to October 15th, it is a time for reflecting and honoring those who descend from Mexican, Central and South American, Latin Caribbean, and other Spanish cultures.

This year, the UMGC Europe DEI Program would like to highlight the cultural and artistic influence of Hispanic/Latino culture by showcasing two institutions devoted to this work. These organizations are dedicated to celebrating and promoting the contributions of the Hispanic/Latino community.
