Professor Joseph “Joe” Ladelfa’s teaching philosophy is to stay open to innovative ideas, emphasizing creativity and individuality. His classroom goal is to give all his students an equal chance to participate and actively learn. He works hard to give individual feedback and enjoys open class discussions; students in his class are encouraged to freely express themselves.
Professor Ladelfa takes pleasure in voluntarily working for the scouts, taking daily power walks, listening to jazz music, and going to concerts. He enjoys traveling throughout Europe. He is an active member of two local social clubs in Sicily and plays trading demos to strengthen my analysis skills,
Professor Ladelfa is proud of his affiliation and volunteerism with UNESCO, Scouts, and a Civil Protection organization in Sicily. He is also affiliated with many old timer organizations that include cars and vespas.
He has received many professional awards, to mention one, Certificate of Analyst in Information Systems.
