Dr. Brian Norcross is a Collegiate Associate Professor teaching with UMGC Europe (United Arab Emirates, Kaiserslautern Military Community) since 2018, and started with UMGC Asia (Tokyo, Japan, South Korea) in 2014. He earned his Ph.D. in Speech Communication from Southern Illinois University, his Master of Arts in Communication from the University of Wyoming and his Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from California State University.

Prior to teaching with UMGC, Dr. Norcross served as Director of Forensics and Director of Parliamentary Debate and taught Public Speaking and Communication with Pepperdine University. He also served as Curriculum Director and Head Instructor for JCLearning in South Korea.
