I am a 12-year U.S. Army veteran and have worked as a Federal Government civilian for over two decades. Throughout my career, I have led a wide range of professional education, training programs, certification courses, and reform initiatives across multiple industries—including real estate, construction, logistics, and transportation.
My approach to teaching is grounded in practical experience, real-world application, and student engagement. I believe that adult learners bring a wealth of experience to the classroom, and I strive to create an environment that encourages critical thinking, collaboration, and personal growth. My goal is to ensure students leave each course with knowledge they can immediately apply in their professional and personal lives.
Professional & Instructional Highlights:
Over 20 years of experience in federal leadership, training, and program development.
Specialized in cross-sector organizational reform and workforce capability building.
Focused on connecting academic content to practical, real-world business scenarios.
Outside the classroom I’m passionate about traveling and exploring cultures across Europe and beyond. When I’m not on the road, I enjoy spending time outdoors with friends and family—usually around a BBQ grill, cooking up something good and enjoying great company.
