Be degree seeking and admitted as a UMGC Europe graduate student
Have a completed FAFSA on file for the award year with UMGC (school code 011644)
Demonstrate financial need
Meet satisfactory academic progress
Be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours per semester (term)
